Please note that product selection and sizes may vary per store, as Friendship does not control which products a grocery store chooses to carry. If there is a particular Friendship product that you would like your preferred grocery store to carry, we recommend that you make your request through the store’s dairy manager as we cannot accommodate direct product shipments to consumers. Please note that Friendship Farmer Cheese can sometimes be located in the specialty cheese or deli area instead of the main dairy case and can be found in some natural food stores (such as Whole Foods) as far west as California.

If you need further assistance in locating any of our products, please contact us.

You should drink eight to 10 cups of fluid per day — preferably water. Avoid those sugary, big calorie drinks.

What you have on hand is what you'll eat. Keep low-calorie, high protein and fiber food to eat throughout the day.

Break the boredom by adding one new wholesome grocery food item to your shopping list each week.

Start the day right. Eat a protein-rich breakfast like egg whites, yogurt or Friendship Lowfat Cottage Cheese.

By eating six small, nutritious meals and snacks per day you’ll have more energy, fewer hunger pangs and steady blood sugar.

Eat natural. A healthy diet isn’t a fad – it’s eating exciting, nutrient-rich foods on a daily basis.
