Preheat oven to 375º
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together and put into a 9" x 13" casserole dish and bake uncovered for 1hr and 15min

• 2lb bag frozen hash browns • 16oz container Friendship® Sour Cream • 1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese shredded • 3/4 stick of butter, melted • 1 can cream of chicken soup • 1 medium onion, cut up • Salt & pepper |
