Black Bean and Six Pepper Salsa
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and chill. Allow to marinate 8 hours or overnight.
Serve with baked pita chips or baked tortilla chips and Friendship® Light Sour Cream.

• 1 15 oz. can black beans, drained and well rinsed • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped • 1-2 tablespoons each red, yellow, and orange bell pepper, seeds removed, minced • 1 heaping tablespoon jalapeno, seeded and minced • 1 tablespoon lime juice • 1 tablespoon cilantro, or to taste • 1/2 tsp. salt • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes • 1/8 tsp. ground cumin • Dash of cayenne pepper • Friendship® Light Sour Cream |
