Halloween Chocolate Cupcakes

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixing bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In another large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until pale in color. Add melted butter and beat well. Add dry ingredients alternately with coffee and buttermilk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Beat well. Add vanilla and beat well. Batter will be very thin. Pour into lightly greased muffin tins. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cupcakes test done. When cupcakes are completely cool, frost with icing of your choice.
1¾ cups flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 stick melted unsalted butter
1 cup brewed coffee
1 cup Friendship® Buttermilk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
