Irish Soda Bread

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and raisins. Add buttermilk, mix well. Turn on to floured board. Knead dough one minute. Shape into a 7 inch circle and cut a cross across the top. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter. Dust with flour.

(Makes 1 Loaf).
2 cups flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter
½ cup raisins
1 cup Friendship® Buttermilk
