Roasted Lamb with Rosemary-Yogurt Marinade and Thyme Honey Sauce

Instructions

1. Mix Friendship® low fat yogurt with rosemary.

2. Salt and pepper lamb chops and cover with yogurt mixture, let marinade for an hour.

3. Gently heat honey in a sauce pan with thyme and let it sit for 30 minutes.

4. Saute lamb chops until seared on the outside and finish cooking in a 325º oven until the desires doneness is reached.

4. Whisk the butter into the honey and re-heat to a smooth consistency.

5. Drizzle the honey over the lamb and enjoy!

4 large lamb chops
1 cup Friendship® low fat plain yogurt
5 tablespoons of minced fresh rosemary
1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons minced fresh Thyme leaves
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
