Cottage Style Pancakes
Prep Time: 10 min  |  Cook Time: 2-3 min
Ingredients:

3 eggs
1 cup Friendship® 1% Lowfat Cottage Cheese
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup milk
1/4 Tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tsp. vanilla
Optional: Add your favorite fruit or chocolate chips


Directions:
  • Combine all ingredients in blender on low speed until blended.
  • Add desired fruit/chocolate.
  • Lightly coat hot griddle with cooking oil.
  • Pour batter to desired size. Serve with syrup or jam.
