Apple Pancakes
Directions:
Spray frying pan with non-stick cooking spray. Peel an apple and remove the core. Cut the apple into large chunks and place into heated frying pan. Cover for 5 minutes or until apple is cooked through and starting to brown on the edges. Stir together Friendship® 1% Lowfat Cottage Cheese Whipped, egg, 1/4 tsp cinnamon and sweetener to taste. Pour over cooked apple and cover for another 5 minutes, or until it looks like a puffy pancake.
1 apple (Cortland works great!)
1/4 cup Friendship® 1% Lowfat Cottage Cheese Whipped
1/4 cup egg substitute or 1 egg
cinnamon and sweetener
