Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Instructions
Bake potatoes about one hour, or until done. Cut hot potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out insides, saving shells. Add cottage cheese, butter, chives, salt and white pepper; beat until fluffy. Fill potato shells, sprinkle with paprika and bake at 400°F for 10-15 minutes.

(Makes 6 Servings).
3 large baking potatoes
1½ cups Friendship® Cottage Cheese
2 tsp.chopped chives
1½ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 Tbs. butter
