Soufflé Cheesecake 
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Fold in thawed light cream topping. Pour mixture into piecrust. Chill for 4 hours before serving.

Variation: Pour half the mixture into piecrust then add sliced fruit and top with remaining mixture.
Graham Cracker crust
1 pkg. sugar free Jello (any flavor)
1 cup Friendship® 1% Lowfat Cottage Cheese
8 oz. light cream cheese
2 cups light cream topping
