Cool Crab Cucumber Canoes

Instructions:

Reserve ½ cup of crab (6 oz.). Flake and set aside. In food processor, place Friendship® 1% Lowfat Cottage Cheese , ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice and process until smooth. (Add more spices if desired). Divide equally into cucumber boats and finish with flaked crab topping. Serve immediately on romaine leaves or shredded purple cabbage and garnish with lemon wedges.
