Hot Cheese Dip for Steamed Veggies
Instructions:
In 1 qt. microwave-safe container, combine cheese spread (or cubes) with milk. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 4 minutes. Add spices and stir. Then, in blender or processor, blend Friendship® 1% Lowfat Cottage Cheese until smooth. Fold into cheese/milk mixture and pour into dipping bowl. Serve with steamed veggies.
