Lite'n Up Lasagna Roll-Ups
Directions
Mix Friendship® 1% Lowfat Cottage Cheese , nutmeg, pepper, salt, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and egg whites; set aside. Lay out individual strips of lasagna onto a flat surface. Cut sausage in half. Spread approximately ¼ cup of cottage cheese mixture over the lasagna noodles. Top with thin layer of cooked spinach. Place sausage half at one end of noodle and gently roll entire noodle. Secure with a toothpick. Position in a baking dish. Cover with spaghetti sauce. Bake covered for ½ hour at 375°F.
