Healthy Low Fat Pizza

Directions
Make homemade whole wheat pizza crust or purchase store bought whole wheat pizza crust. Layer on Friendship® 1% Lowfat Cottage Cheese Whipped about 1/4 inch thick with the back of a tablespoon. Place about 2 teaspoons of basil pesto over the cottage cheese and again spread out with the back of a spoon. Top with strips or chunks of cooked chicken. Season as you wish (Tomatoes and red peppers are divine). Bake at 350ºF for 10-15 minutes.
1 whole wheat pizza crust
Friendship® 1% Lowfat Cottage Cheese Whipped (enough to spread approx. 1/4 inch thick on pizza crust)
2 teaspoons of basil pesto
Strips/chunks of cooked chicken
Approx. 1 cup tomatoes and red peppers (optional)
