Friendship® Orange & Papaya Cottage Cheese
Directions:

Arrange orange slices in large glass casserole dish. Season with cayenne and pinch of black pepper. Drizzle with vinegar and honey. Toss papaya and mint in medium bowl. Top orange slices with Friendship® 1% Lowfat Cottage Cheese and papaya. Serve.

2 navel oranges, peeled,sliced into eighths

4 tablespoons honey
1 firm papaya (yields slightly to pressure), peeled and grated (3 cups)
1 tablespoon mint, chiffonade-cut (fine strips) (about ¼ bunch)
