Passover Cheese Pie

Instructions
Cream margarine with sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add cake meal to make a soft dough. Press into 2 9-inch pie plates. Fill with cheese filling. Bake at 325° for 40 minutes. Leave in oven until cool.

Beat all ingredients together thoroughly and pour into unbaked crusts.

Crust:
½ cup margarine
½ cup sugar
3 eggs
1-1/4 cups cake meal
   
  Filling:
1-1/2 lb. Friendship® Cottage Cheese
4 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup Friendship® Sour Cream
2 tablespoons cake meal
juice and rind of 1 lemon
