Baked Garden Pasta 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F

Coat a 9" x 13" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Cook the pasta according to the package directions and drain; set aside. In a large bowl, combine the milk, dressing mix and pepper. Add the Friendship® 1% Lowfat Cottage Cheese Whipped and ½ cup Parmesan cheese; mix well. Add the cooked pasta and vegetables, and toss until well coated. Spoon into the baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining ¼ cup Parmesan cheese. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until heated through.


Yield: 6-8 servings.

1 container (16 oz.) Friendship® 1% Lowfat Cottage Cheese Whipped
1 lb. penne pasta
½ cup lowfat or skim milk
1 package (0.7 oz.) dry Italian dressing mix
½ teaspoon black pepper
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
2 packages (16 oz. each) frozen Italian mixed vegetables, thawed
