Pepperoni Stromboli
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Coat a large rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. In a medium bowl, combine the Friendship® 1% Lowfat Cottage Cheese Whipped, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper; mix well and set aside. Unroll the dough onto the baking sheet. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over dough, leaving a half-inch border. Place the pepperoni slices evenly over the cottage cheese mixture, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting at the narrow end. Place seam side down on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden.
