Friendship® Cottage Cheese Potato Gratin 
Directions:
Peel and slice potatoes. Place in buttered 1½ quart baking dish. Sprinkle with onion, salt and pepper. Combine cottage cheese and sour cream; spoon over potatoes. Top with cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350º F. for 20 minutes.

Yields: 8 to 10 servings.
6 large cooked potatoes
3 tbs. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 16 oz. container Friendship® Cottage Cheese
1 cup Friendship® Sour Cream
1½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
