Place Friendship® 1% Lowfat Cottage Cheese, dill, lemon juice, ketchup and hot sauce in a food processor/blender. Blend until smooth. Flake salmon with fork and fold into cottage cheese mixture. Scoop into celery and chill for 1 hour. Cut into serving size pieces and garnish with lemon wedges, romaine lettuce and fresh dill. Yield: 9 servings. |
