Noodle Pudding Soufflé

Instructions
In a bowl, beat sour cream and cheese, add 1 egg at a time and beat. Add sugar and salt. Cook noodles and drain. Add noodles to beaten ingredients. Grease casserole, pour ingredients into pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter. Bake first 30 minutes at 400°F. Bake second 30 minutes at 325°F.

(Makes 6-8 servings).
1 16 oz. Container Friendship® Sour Cream
1 8 oz. Container Friendship® Cottage Cheese
6 eggs
½ cup sugar
½ tsp. salt
4 oz. broad noodles
Cinnamon to taste
Butter
