Lavender Tea Scones

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375ºF

Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden. Place all dry ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Cut in butter, then Friendship® 1% Lowfat Cottage Cheese Whipped. Add the milk. Mix with hands and form into 8 small rounds on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake until very light golden. About 20 minutes. Serve warm with honey or butter.
2 cups unbleached flour
1/3 cup raw sugar
1 tablespoon lavender
1 tablespoon baking powder
2/3 cup Friendship® 1% Lowfat Cottage Cheese Whipped
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons nonfat milk
