Energy Boost Berry Shake

Ingredients:

1 cup Friendship® 1% Lowfat Cottage Cheese

1 cup crushed ice (use more or less to change consistency)

1 cup Friendship® Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt

1 Tsp. vanilla extract

1 ripe banana

1 1/2 cups of blueberries or strawberries

3 Tbsp. honey


Directions:

Combine in a blender and blend until smooth.
