Pierogi (Polish Ravioli)

Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Mix together farmer cheese, sour cream, sugar, egg yolk, lemon zest, and salt with a fork in a small bowl. (You will have about 1 cup). Place 1 tsp. of filling on each wonton wrapper. Seal edges with water. Drop the pierogi into the bowling water, in batches if necessary, and boil gently until they rise to the surface (about 2-3 minutes). Remove with a slotted spoon and drain completely. Serve immediately topped with sour cream.

(Serves 6 to 8 each).
1 pkg. (7½ oz.) Friendship® Farmer Cheese
1 Tbs. Friendship® Sour Cream
1 Tbs. sugar
1 egg yolk
½ tsp. grated lemon zest
Pinch of salt
48 wonton wrappers (3½" rounds) plus extra for breakage
 
For Serving
¾ cup Friendship® Sour Cream (Regular or Roasted Garlic)
