Creamy Spinach Dip

Directions:

Defrost spinach and squeeze out excess water. Mix in food processor or blender with Friendship® Farmer Cheese. Add mayonnaise, scallions, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Process until well blended. Chill until ready to serve.
