Sour Cream Choco-Muffins
Prep Time: 10 min  |  Cook Time: 18-20 min
Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

2/3 cup sugar

3/4 Tsp. baking soda

3/4 Tsp. baking powder

1/4 Tsp. salt

1 egg

1 cup Friendship® Sour Cream

5 Tbs. butter, melted

1 Tsp. vanilla extract

3/4 cup mint or semisweet chocolate chips


Directions:
  • In bowl, combine first five dry ingredients.
  • In another bowl, combine egg, Friendship® Sour Cream, butter and vanilla and then stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Fill paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake at 350°F for 18–20 min. or until muffins test done.
  • Cool for 10 minutes
