Preheat oven to 375°. Grease and flour a tube pan. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and baking soda. In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Then, in increments, add the flour mixture, alternating with the sour cream and ending with the flour, mixing until everything is blended. Mix together the ingredients for the filling. Put half of the batter into the pan. Top with half the filling. Pour the remaining batter in to cover the filling. Top off the cake with the remaining filling. Bake for 45 minutes or until it tests done.
