Corn Casserole 
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix together cream-style corn, whole-kernel corn, corn bread mix, Friendship® Sour Cream, onion, tomatoes and margarine; put in prepared, shallow 2-quart casserole.

Bake 30 minutes. Place cheese on top during the last 10 minutes of baking.

Yields: 8-10 servings.





1 (14 3/4 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can whole-kernel corn
1 box sweet corn bread mix
1 cup Friendship® Sour Cream
1 cup onion, chopped
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/2 to 3/4 cup grated cheese
