Instructions
Pre-bake pie shells according to package directions. To make pie filling, combine turkey, cream of mushroom soup, cream of broccoli soup, tomato and ¾ cup of Fresh Salsa Sour Cream. Mix well. Fill each pie shell with 1 cup of filling. Top with ½ cup stuffing and ¼ cup of cheddar cheese. Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes, until cheese melts and filling is hot. Top each pie with 1 Tbs. of Fresh Salsa Sour Cream.
(Yields 4 pies).
4 frozen 6-inch pie shells
2 cups cooked diced turkey
½ cup canned un-reconstituted cream of mushroom soup
½ cup canned un-reconstituted cream of broccoli soup
