Instructions
To make meatballs, combine the ground beef and ½ cup Roasted Garlic Sour Cream. Form into 32 balls using a tablespoon measure. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Heat oil in a large sauté pan. Place meatballs in heated pan and brown. Add gravy, water and 1 cup Roasted Garlic Sour Cream. Stir to combine, taking care not to break apart the meatballs. Simmer until meatballs are fully cooked. Serve 2 cups of hot noodles topped with 8 meatballs and ½ cup sauce. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon parsley.
