Directions
Chop the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces. Combine with lightly salted water in a large pot and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and cook about 9-10 minutes. Add the zucchini and cook another 3 minutes, or until crisp-tender. Meanwhile, place the chicken pieces in the bottom of a colander. Drain the pasta and zucchini over the chicken. (This will warm the chicken). Place the Friendship® Light Sour Cream, Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper in a large serving bowl. Mix thoroughly. Toss the pasta and chicken with the sour cream mixture and serve immediately.
