South of the Border Mashed Potatoes 
Directions:
Boil potatoes in salted water until fully cooked. Drain and mash with chicken broth (or milk) and butter until smooth. Whisk in cheddar cheese, Friendship® Salsa Flavored Sour Cream and cumin. Serve immediately.

(Makes 4 1-cup servings).



4 large peeled and diced boiling potatoes
Salt to taste
¼ cup chicken broth (or milk)
3 tablespoons butter
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Friendship® Salsa Flavored Sour Cream
1 teaspoon ground cumin
