| Swordfish Baked in a Sour Cream Horseradish Sauce |
Directions: Preheat oven to 400ºF |
| Combine mayonnaise, Friendship® Sour Cream (Regular or Light) , horseradish and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Lay swordfish in a baking dish; cover with horseradish sauce. Sprinkle with bread crumbs; bake in preheated oven at 400ºF for 20 minutes. Serve with vegetables. Yields: 4 servings. |
