Swordfish Baked in a Sour Cream
Horseradish Sauce

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400ºF

Combine mayonnaise, Friendship® Sour Cream (Regular or Light) , horseradish and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Lay swordfish in a baking dish; cover with horseradish sauce. Sprinkle with bread crumbs; bake in preheated oven at 400ºF for 20 minutes. Serve with vegetables.

Yields: 4 servings.
4 swordfish steaks, 8-10 ounces each
1-1/2 cups mayonnaise (can substitute low-fat or fat-free mayo)
1/2 cup Friendship® Sour Cream (Reg. or Light)
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
½ cup horseradish Dash Worcestershire
