Friendship® Sour Cream Waffles
Directions:
In a medium bowl, whisk flour and baking powder together. Whisk in the water, Friendship® Sour Cream and melted butter. Using a brush, lightly grease an electric waffle iron with additional melted butter or vegetable oil. For each waffle, pour a scant ½ cup of batter into the waffle iron. Bake according to the manufacturer's directions. Serve immediately with jam and whipped cream. The waffles will soften as they cool. Yield: 8
1-½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1½ cups ice-cold water
2 cups Friendship® Sour Cream
½ cup butter, melted and cooled
