Greek Chicken Wrap

Instructions
Marinate chicken in Italian dressing for at least 2 hours to overnight. Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade. Grill chicken, let cool and cut into strips. To make vegetable mixture, in a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, olives, cucumber, lemon juice and 3/4 Cup Roasted Garlic Sour Cream. Spread each flour tortilla with 1 tablespoon Roasted Garlic Sour Cream, Lay one quarter of the chicken strips on tortilla, top with 3/4 Cup of vegetable mixture and 1/2 cup of salad greens. Roll tightly and cut on a diagonal.

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
¼ Cup Italian dressing
¾ Cup diced tomatoes
¾ Cup sliced black olives
¾ Cup chopped, peeled, seeded cucumbers
1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
1 Cup Friendship® Roasted Garlic Sour Cream
4 10-inch flour tortillas
2 Cups mixed salad greens
