Spanish Farmer Cheese 'n Olive Dip

Instructions:

Put cheese and olive liquid in blender or food processor and blend until smooth and fluffy. Add olives and blend with quick on-off motions, just until olives are minced. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with sliced olives if desired. Refrigerate until serving time. Yields 1 1/2 cups.
