Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Friendship Dairies® cottage cheese
- 1 cup light coconut milk
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp. shredded coconut
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 3 ice cubes
- Optional for garnish: Toasted coconut flakes, almonds, cacao nibs
Directions
- Add all of the ingredients (except for the garnish) into your blender, and blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
- Add more milk or ice cube to achieve desire consistency. Top with toasted coconut flakes, almonds and cacao nibs if desired. Enjoy!
You may want a bigger spoon.
