Ingredients
- 1 cup Friendship Dairies® 1% lowfat cottage cheese
- 1 cup crushed ice (use more or less to change consistency)
- 1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries or strawberries
- 3 tbsp. honey
Directions
- Combine in a blender and blend until smooth.
Stretch before diving in.
