Ingredients

  • 1 cup Friendship Dairies® cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp basil
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • 1.5 cloves roasted garlic
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. In the bowl of a food processor add all ingredients and pulse 5 or 6 times, until everything is combined.
  2. Put into a ramekin and refrigerate for at least 1 hour for flavors to meld.
