Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Friendship Dairies® cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp. chopped dried apricots
- 2 tsp. chopped crystallized ginger
- 2 tsp. pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp. sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp. ground flax
- 1 tsp. hemp hearts
- 1 tsp. coconut sugar, brown sugar, or sugar in the raw
Directions
- Top cottage cheese with dried apricot, crystallized ginger, seeds, flax and hemp hearts. Then complete the dish with your sweetener of choice from the suggestions above. Now grab a spoon and start building those muscles.
