Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Friendship Dairies® cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp. chopped dried apricots
  • 2 tsp. chopped crystallized ginger
  • 2 tsp. pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp. sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp. ground flax
  • 1 tsp. hemp hearts
  • 1 tsp. coconut sugar, brown sugar, or sugar in the raw

Directions

  1. Top cottage cheese with dried apricot, crystallized ginger, seeds, flax and hemp hearts. Then complete the dish with your sweetener of choice from the suggestions above. Now grab a spoon and start building those muscles.
