Super Mango Lassi

  • ¾ cup Friendship Dairies® Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • ½ Tbsp. ground turmeric
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1 – 2 cups milk, plus extra if needed


  1. Combine all ingredients except for the milk in a blender. Blend on med-high until smooth.
  2. With the blender still running, stream in milk slowly, then pour and serve immediately.

You may want a bigger spoon.
