  • 1/2 cup Friendship Dairies® cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp. each of the following (choose your favorites): chopped dried mango, chopped dried pineapple, dried mulberries, goji berries, dried blueberries, toasted pecans, toasted walnuts, toasted almonds
  • 1 tsp. hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds


  1. Top cottage cheese with 2 tbsp. each of your favorite ingredients above. Then finish it with a sprinkling of hemp and sesame seeds. Voila. You're ready to hit the trails.
