Chai Latte Smoothie Recipe
- ½ cup Friendship Dairies® cottage cheese
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 ½ cups skim milk
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. cardamom
- 1/2 tsp. crushed black pepper
- 2 cloves
- 1 tsp. freshly grated ginger
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. vanilla whey protein powder
- Steep the cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, cloves, grated ginger in hot milk and refrigerate.
- Strain the spices and stir in honey. You can also buy chai milk already made. Blend cottage cheese with ice cubes, the spiced milk and vanilla protein powder. Top with cinnamon.
