Protein Packed Beet Hummus

  • ½ lb Beets, roasted and cleaned
  • 1 – 15.5 oz can Cannellini Beans
  • 1 C Friendship Cottage Cheese
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste


  1. In the bowl of a food processor, or a heavy-duty blender (the blender with give you a smoother product) add all the ingredients and process until smooth and you have reached a hummus like texture. Refrigerate before serving.

You may want a bigger spoon.
