  • 1 cup Friendship Dairies® cottage cheese
  • 4 oz. fresh goat cheese or mascarpone
  • 2 tbsp. roasted garlic (minced, pre-made in a jar)
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/3 cup chopped chives - reserve 1 tbsp. for garnish
  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley - reserve 1 tbsp. for garnish
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Drizzle of olive oil


  1. Place the cottage cheese in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend. Place in a serving bowl.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil, scatter the reserved chives and parsley. Serve with grilled bread and sliced vegetables.
