Chocolate Raspberry Power Mousse Recipe
- ½ cup Friendship Dairies® cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp. chocolate whey protein powder
- 1 tbsp. dark cacao powder
- 1 tbsp. agave syrup
- ½ cup fresh raspberries
- 1 tbsp. dark chocolate pieces
- Mix the cottage cheese with the chocolate whey protein powder and the dark cacao powder and agave syrup.
- Top with the fresh raspberries and dark chocolate pieces.
Make it a smoothie: Place 3 ice cubes in a blender with 3/4 cup milk of your choice. Add the mix-in preparation and process until smooth.
