  • ½ cup Friendship Dairies® cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp. scallions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. chives, chopped
  • ¼ cup cucumbers, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup jicama, chopped
  • ¼ cup carrots, chopped
  • ¼ cup kimchi
  • ½ tsp. sesame oil
  • Grated fresh ginger to taste


  1. Gently mix herbs and raw vegetables into the cottage cheese. Top with your favorite kimchi, more scallions, and a drizzle of sesame oil.
