  • 1/2 cup Friendship Dairies® cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots
  • 1/3 cup toasted almonds
  • 2 tbsp. hemp protein powder
  • 1/8 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
  • 1 tsp. water
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds


  1. In a food processor, process dried apricots until finely chopped.
  2. Add the toasted almonds and protein powder and process until the almonds are coarsely chopped. Add the cottage cheese, flavoring and water. Blend until everything is well mixed.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a piece of plastic wrap and shape into a log. Tie at both ends and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  4. Unwrap the log and cut into half-inch slices. Form into balls and roll each ball in hemp seeds. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

You may want a bigger spoon.
